Ardwick Grove offers private monthly rooms for suitable consultants, advisers and independent practitioners who want a calm, professional place to meet their own clients. The building is in Ardwick, close to Manchester Piccadilly and the city centre, making it a convenient base without the feel of a large shared clinic or coworking floor.

Room 13 is shown arranged for an aesthetics practitioner and is particularly well suited to use as an aesthetics studio. Other suites may suit conversation-led or low-impact client work, depending on the room, equipment and individual business requirements.

Unlike hourly consulting-room hire, these spaces are let monthly so tenants can establish a consistent base and arrange their room around their work. Wi-Fi, utilities, service charge and communal-area cleaning are included. Shared kitchen and toilet facilities, flexible access until 11pm, first-come parking and bicycle storage are also available.

Ardwick Grove is not advertising a fitted or regulated clinical treatment room. Tenants are responsible for confirming that the room, planning position, permissions, insurance, hygiene arrangements and facilities suit their services. The entrance has steps and is not currently wheelchair accessible. We discuss every proposed use before agreeing a tenancy.
